Poole Forum is a charity and is run by a Board of Trustees.
There are 10 trustees.
The trustees are in charge of the Poole Forum shop. They are in charge of the people who work for Poole Forum and they look after Poole Forum’s money. They make sure that everything is
working okay.
Poole Forum People
Management Committee
The Management Committee is made up of 10 of our members.
They are voted for by all our members.
The Management Committee decides what Poole Forum should be doing for its members. They meet once a month to talk about the issues that they think are important.
Staff
The staff are the people who are paid to work at Poole Forum.
Karen Rampton is Poole Forum’s manager. There are six other people who are paid to work at Poole Forum. We have people who help with office work, total communication and even a cleaner !
Volunteers
Our volunteers are people who do work at Poole Forum for free.
We get lots of help from our volunteers.
